My romantic plans for Valentine’s Day. A date with my loved one at a romantic spot on the beach. This must be done at sunset, creating the most romantic setting, the time when the sky is filled with it’s “beautiful Red Colour!” I would prepare Sumptious home made dinner for us which includes our favourite dish “Lamb for Lovers”, not forgetting chilled drinks in an ice bucket. I would then have our favourite flowers & candles spread all over the place. I would spell out “I LOVE YOU” in flowers on the ground, with a little gift laying inside the heart. There must be romantic music playing in the background and after Dinner we dance & while dancing I would whisper words of love to him ! We would end the evening by a Bonfire, with a couple of blankets & lots of pillows on the floor and feed each other with chocolate covered strawberries & whipped cream! While bundling up under the blankets all comfy & relaxed, gazing into each others eyes & laying underneath the shining stars!

Hi, fab giveaway, well this year we will be swimming the Midmar Mile on 14 February so we will be celebrating together in a different way haha 🙂 . We will be together but not doing the romantic thing, rather it will be a new fun adventure.
Valentine’s day is always special to us as it was our first date 4 years ago. Will probably be spending the day on a beautiful wine estate, sipping champagne and just enjoying each others company

As strange as it sounds we will be watching comic book movies. We met due to our love of comics, and try to celebrate our love of the genre when every we celebrate our love of each other.
Unfortunately my husband will be abroad during Valentines Day so I will have to plan something special for when he gets back
We normally round up our friends and pack a picnic basket and head down to the local beach. Hardly romantic but we share loads of laughter and make awesome memories.

It’s hubby’s birthday today (03 Feb), so we’re off for our birthday/Valentine’s celebrations at the V&A Waterfront on Saturday, YAY!!! A day at the Aquarium, lunch, movie and then a romantic home made dinner at home followed by dessert 😉 CAN’TWAIT!!1

Well its Leap year and leap year 4 years I proposed to my now hubby # took the bull by the horns..;-) # so this leap year we will be celebrating that union.. . I’ve secretly bought my boyfriend a canvas print with a soundwave on it – the actual soundwave from a song he wrote, with the lyric written below it. It took me some time to choose just one, export the soundwave and put it all together on Photoshop but I’m sure he’s going to love it 🙂 It’s going to go above our bed.
He works night shifts and weekend mornings, so I plan to wake him up with a kiss and a coffee, then make sure we have a wonderful breakfast ready for when he’s home. I’m leaving the rest of the day up to him, but I’m hoping it involves chocolates and wine!

I don’t know what my better half has planned for me. He he he it is a surprise. This will be our 4th Valentines Day, and our 1st in Cape Town since we moved from PE. So who knows what surprise lies waiting for me. Kyle is my soulmate who I bonded over Japanese horror and Music with. We have been through a lot, death of family and friends, movin to another city and many trials that came our way. But we remain strong. Kyle is my home. He is the father of my two furballs (cats).
