Two major fashion trends that were big last season and continue to pop up everywhere you look are bright patterns or florals and studding detail. As we move into the warmer spring and summer months in South Africa we are seeing more dresses and skirts with pretty floral patterns, both brights and pastels. Floral Jackets are still a big fashion trend, with the main change being the lighter-weight fabric for spring/summer.
Stud detail is a trend which is big in all aspects of fashion, from accessories and shoes, to jackets and trousers. Gold spiked bracelets and rings adorn the wrists and fingers of the fashion forward and if gold is not your thing then you will also find these bracelets and rings in pretty pastels – perfect for spring/summer.
These are a few of the style trends that you will see in store at the moment and you can really bling-it-up and make a fashion statement or just subtly add an element of it in to your wardrobe for a bit of extra WOW!
Spring is perfect for a floral theme…but…will I still love it next season??? That is why ‘trend’ is so expensive…aai! the dilemma!

I know trend is expensive and I guess some trends are not for all of us either – I am not lover of too much floral but I think maybe one or two accent pieces would work for me – I certainly don’t want to look like a summer garden 😉 I also love the gorgeous lace detail that is big for spring aah too much choice!!!
