The Inspired Living, award-winning Lifestyle Blog, was created to provide you, the reader, with first-hand experiences, as well as product and travel reviews and relevant brand features, rather than generic information.
We must be doing something right! Inspired Living South Africa was named runner-up as Best Lifestyle Blog in Africa, in the African Blogger Awards in 2015 and 2016. Inspired Living also won the category of Best Social Media, in the SA Travel Blog Awards.
Through lots of blood, sweat and tears, Inspired Living has grown from a personal blog, into the magazine-style publication it is today. As well as receiving various awards, we have appeared on radio, as well as television shows such as Afternoon Express.
Inspired Living is active on various social media networks, making it the ideal platform for advertising your business or product.
Who is the creative mind behind this award-winning publication?
Hi, I am Fiona Rossiter, and I live in a beautiful corner of the world called Cape Town! Most days and sometimes nights you will find me taking photographs, writing and editing for my publication Inspired Living SA. Over the past five years, I have made it my mission to grow Inspired Living, from a personal blog into a magazine style website.
First and foremost I am a wife and a mom to two beautiful girls, who are my top priority. I am an extremely passionate person and don’t do anything in half measures. The word perfectionist comes to mind. I believe in romance, true love, love at first sight & all those *sigh*, rather cliche things. I am still happily married to my true love after 21 years – I am truly blessed!
Creativity inspires me, and I am happiest when I am creative. A few of my favourite creative outlets are photography, cooking and writing.
Styling and photography are one of my great passions – especially food photography. Yes, I am one of those people who photograph their food, even in restaurants!
Travel is always at the top of my agenda, and the thought of a life without travel is unthinkable. One cannot overlook my insatiable love of food & wine. {As well as the coffee addiction!}
